DEFINITION;

EUKARYOTES HAVE WELL DEFINED NUCLEUS, IN WHICH NUCLEAR

    MATERIAL (CHROMOSOME OR DNA) IS ENCLOSED IN DOUBLE NUCLEAR

    MEMBRANE. 

ORGANELLES;

EUKARYOTIC CELLS HAVE MEMBRANE BOUND ORGANELLES LIKE 

   MITOCHONDRIA, GOLGI APPARATUS, ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM ETC.

RIBOSOMES;

THE RIBOSOMES OF EUKARYOTIC CELLS ARE LARGER IN SIZE AS

   COMPARED TO  THE RIBOSOMES OF PROKARYOTIC CELLS.

SIZE OF EUKARYOTIC CELLS;

EUKARYOTIC CELLS ON AVERAGE, TEN TIMES LARGER THAN
 
    PROKARYOTIC CELLS.

CELL WALL;

THE CELL WALL OF EUKARYOTIC CELL IS MADE OF CELLULOSE IN

   (PLANTS) OR CHITIN IN (FUNGI). 

FOR EXAMPLE;

EUKARYOTES INCLUDE ALL  OTHER UNICELLULAR  OR MULTICELLULAR

   ORGANISMS LIKE ANIMALS, PLANTS, FUNGI,PROTISTA.
